I remember that first project, like we were still trying to figure out how we were delivering and like sales were starting to ramp up. And so yeah, this project was, I think it shed a lot on a lot of the areas that we needed to focus. It just launched a whole other initiative around improving how we onboarded our team members. Yeah. There's probably times that I said things that you probably will get off the call and you're like, Oh my God, Chloe, stop. You're saying too many problems. Right? But I think that sometimes is the big realization point and you have to kind of throw that mirror up.
