The History of the City of Portland's Flag
Doug Lynch designed the flag of Portland, Oregon. It was adopted by a city council vote at the last minute 30 years ago. He says he would have made changes if he could do it all over again. The new flag is handsome and people in Portland actually use it to go to soccer games.
