In response to the great financial crisis, china opened the stimulus taps and coordinated with the united states. The conventional wisdom now around the world seems to be that china was very successful. But it wasn't matched by china, at least not in 20 20 or 20 21. Why did they not do a stimulus programm back then? And why are they apparently, opening the taps now?
