Is There Evidence for Predictive Signatures for Rapamisener?

Could we use caloriclly restricted animals to develop a metabolic signature as the gold standard for how we would then tytrate rap a mice in both in dose and frequency? I don't know of any evidence to support that. The data that's out there for rapamisin is, again, all at that very low dose that the i t p tested originally. It's quite likely that the effects that the lowest dose of rapamisener having on metabolism are going to be relatively modest compared to higher doses. So it might be possible, but there just isn't much good data out there at this point.
