Using mirrow, which is a collaborative white boarding as soft ware, has been really usefu. I do a lot of visualizations and metric during training, as opposed to after. Tims o metric met important in having wits and biases really supporting our types of work. Clothes were also useful for working collaboratively with them on their reports feuture.
