There are so many examples, but I'll give some small ones. If you look at what PayPal did, PayPal operates a lot of call centers around the world and those tend to be low wage jobs. Dan Schulman came up with a whole new calculation of a living wage that said this is what we should use to determine what we pay people. You've seen it at Walmart as well. The statement that Mary Barham made CEO of GM in January of last year where she said, we are only going to make electrical vehicles by 2035 was a revolutionary statement.
