How to Overcome Burnout Faster
I want to run through four reasons why I think those of us with ADHD hit burn out faster. We don't optimize our time or our energy and we don't manage it properly. Despite all the work I've done over the years about time management, I realized that when I was burned out that I could even do better. And I really realized the importance of tightening up my week and not only tightening it up, but constantly revisiting it to make my week less stressful.
