Most companies that I've worked for have been around for 80 years. And they've built up the whatever culture that they have, which is like "you grind, you work" So basically, you were looking for somewhere that does that and offers you appreciativeness. There are a select number of companies that I'd reach out to. Some of them had contacts actually.
