A lot of people and a lot of us are just bogged down in tactical work. But that also means we're tactical leaders, no matter if we wanted or not. And so where I started when I had gotten this sort of all you need to be more strategic feedback was I started with my calendar. So the framework is called DAB with two bees. It stands for space, think, act boundaries, and broadcast. You do something around each of those components or parts of the acronym every day. An added thing you can do is just ask strategic questions. What assumptions are you making? How will this move us towards our strategy?"
