Is RACI-T Really Helping With REM Sleep?

I found a certain variety of RACI-T actually helped with my REM sleep. I also try to cut water off a couple hours before bed so it's pretty strong but not a lot of volume of tea. Getting my light exposure dialed in was really, really, really helpful and then actually for me, one of the ones that's made the most positive effect recently has been upping my protein consumption.
