The Disappointment of State Interference

Andhra Pradesh is literally the only state that has laybys where drivers can just like, you know, stop for the night and cook. That is so absolutely heartbreaking to think about,. You know, that there is literally one state that bothers to think about these individuals as human beings. And hopefully if Anupaam is listening to this, then perhaps he can make this an assignment for future Thakshala students.
