The Effects of Exercise on the Body

Penguin the publishers say that people are going to want to know what to do. So there are a number of steps in the end of the book about what i think people should do. The main thing is, it's got to be something you mat yo, enjoy and look forward to. That is the actual crucial one. Some people like yoga, which i think is a fantastic exercise. Other people might be more into team sports such as tennis or babington. But it has to be whatever you will enjoy and carry on doing and looking forward to. I just wani to write a book on ounow whas, what's here and body works.
