The Importance of Sleep During Menopause

There may be other interventions that you might want to look at first, like cognitive behavioral therapy. There's very good evidence that exercise can help sleep quality and quantity. Sometimes even I end up telling women that we know that the first four hours of sleep are the best four hours. That's when you get your restorative sleep. Just look at everything that we've spoken about and just see if you can get everything lined up and just get a bit better.
