The worldly mind is like a muddy river, he said. It can sweep you away if you're not careful. And it creates anxiety, unhappiness, depression and guilt in you. That's the mind. Now to train mind, he said, the yogis mind. You will find this same river because it's partially frozen then and there's much less water. He said: "It's so easy to walk across from this side of this bank to the other bank"
