The Importance of Personality Profiles
In 2018 we spent a lot more time with the disc profile or different personality tests, I think it was just interesting how much, one how accurate they are. Even in that interview stage or that really early stage you know people might act differently in the short term but eventually they always get back to who they are so that was huge. We became the de facto master developer for the area. The River District is a area of Fort Worth along the Trinity River. It's 276 acres at one point in time for owned 68 to 70 of those acres. There is so much work that goes into development before something comes out of the ground.
