When you deliver unsolicited negative feedback to management about your coworkers it's It's a strange dynamic because when you do that it means your manager is gonna have to do a bunch of extra work. I would hope that your company has an established process for giving feedback About your peers to management and if they do that would be the time to give this feedback.
