It contained details of a disastrous covert operation aimed at target an een killing rhino and ivory poaching kingpens in the late 19 eighties. The ensuing scandal reached to the highest echelons of the world wide fund for nature, the dutch royal family and a british mercenary firm staff by some of the most decorated veterans of britain's special air service. No unauthorized dissemination, compromise of contents or part thereof could lead to the death of personell involved in the operation.
