How I Learned to ANR and NOT ANR

I didn't have an ANR person to kind of learn from so I hit up all these people that I had met before managers other ANRs and like met with them for months. That's the way I learned how to ANR and learn how to not ANR as well are like what was important to me to find an artist and how to develop that. Everybody that I reached out to whether or not I still am in contact with them were very helpful and yeah I'm really grateful for all of them. Yeah exactly it's something that I still like play to myself when I listen to my artist demos like which makes sense obviously but I'll be like you know that's how I think
