Is Your Client Relationship a Bias Problem?

We have a bias problem, because every time we get a new client, we hear the problems they've had with the agency they're firing. It's just, we feed this really strange thing in our heads, and it's weird. Ok, so we're turning the employee performance review around and doing this for the firm principles. Can you see some of these people coming back and working for you? That's a pretty interesting question.
