The first directorship I had was on a regional hospital board and working in medical research that opened my eyes to the broader impact of the health sector. A government board does, like a health board, is that they have excellent governance education and they're very, very supportive with lower risk to directors. So you get a really good grounding, a really solid grounding that's a good start. And love all of that.
