The Politics of Election Administration in Texas

The most egregious example, and probably the one everyone is already kind of familiar with, is happening in Texas. We've seen more legislation where states are setting up the ability for Republicans, partisans, to take over elections. But they're not doing it on statewide bases. They're just trying to target the areas of the state run by Democrats.
