Is It a Good Idea on the New York City Marathon Course?

Richard: Do you think it's a good idea, specifically on the new york city marathon course, to try to make up some time on those downhills? philip: I would do that later in the race than earlier. But i wouldn't say that's actually for me. You don't want to blow your quads out. That's not something you want to have happened an il last - but specially at the end of amerithon. So just be careful, make it control. Pick it up a little bit. Not a huge amount of time downhill.
