The full title of your book is run towards the danger confrontations with a body of memory, which it was just such a stunning title. It seems like running towards the danger is sort of putting yourself in a position to begin to confront the things that you maybe feel are dangerous but ultimately help define who you are. And this notion that you do something alongside your anxiety, like you don't wait for it to pass. Like they're terrified and have all the same doubts. They're just doing it anyway.
