The key stress we're thinking about is the physiological demand of cycling for five hours or doing the eight, nine hour triathlon. But there are a bunch of other stress components that can add up to a breakdown situation. We have to manage the total stress and be cognizant of that. intensity discipline is part physiology, but it's a whole lot of psychology. And I'll leave you with that on this first session.
