Is the 20 Week Moving Average a Good Way to Determine When a Cycle's Over?

The 20 week moving average is actually pretty good in terms of determining when a cycle's over. And it says over for a bit coin. But weird enough, we didn't do so on on eth. Eth bounced right off of it. That hints to me that etherium is still strong relative to bit coin. So i'm just going to stack eath and hope that we don't die.
