The things we tend to work on with older climbers is working hyperchve on four muscle groups making sure you're maintaining that muscle mass as much as possible. In terms of injuries and training around fingerboarding and so on there's very little more to talk about specific to older climbers it's just the same as everyone else it's just being a little bit more aware of what you're trying to achieve.
