Getting Motivated to Lose 30 Pounds
If the thing that you're working on actually has multiple components, then it's probably a project or a goal. For an example, i can't set a timer and work on losing 30 pounds. Even let's take something that used to make me feel really stupid, cleaning my bedroom. That was too overwhelming of a task for me. If our purpose s here, let's remember that we're just going to be frunk and cool with ourselves, all right? So nothing is too basic or stupid.
