If as a result of fear you find it difficult to discern which is which then you have to ask yourself but on whose behalf is this fear arising. The separate self will try to present arguments for not engaging in this investigation because it knows that if you do it will sooner or later come to an end. What's going to happen to your fear if you discover that the self on whose behalf it arises is not there it disappears and that then allows you to undertake this investigation exactly perfect thank you.
