What Are the Types of Questions That You Ask on Sales?
Early on in the process, i'm always starting with pretty broad lines of questioning. Some candidates are a little bit uncomfortable sharing all the specific places that they 're interviewing at. Timing is one of the for few things that you dig into on sales to qualify people in or out. It's funny, even this translates back to sales. Simple qualification framework like bant budget authority, need timing, right?
