Rey: He left china because the political regime became much less favorable to people doing things like running questionable iceots. So here he has hundreds of millions of dollars, or whatever he's accumulated by putting out this essentially a legal initial coin offering. And then he flees china. He comes to america. He's in san francisco, and the stories get even weirder from there. Seems like he's threatening people all the time, a like he's unhinged. Even i don't know, just from from what i was reading, just, you know, i'm not a psychologist, but it does seem unhinged at the very least.
