Houston Rockets - It's a Big Summer

Houston is on their third straight year being terrible. They do have all this cap space, they just need whether it's through a coaching staff or signing some mid career veterans who add some kind of organization to their team. This is a big summer for Raffell Stone in that front office because this is three straight years of being terrible. I don't I don't find myself super worried about him. I actually think he might be pretty good.
