India was doing pretty well, both cotton as well as manmade. And it starts in the late 90s when we kind of really reduced our tariff rates. So that's when kind of, because textile is so dependent on PTA, PTA alone accounts for 70% of the overall input that goes into polyester making. There was a huge surge in import and we started importing a lot. That's when the lobbying kind of started.
