ESA's Focus on Space Capabilities
I think it's really positive that they are focusing much more on space capability within ESA or within the other European governments. There is already a significant international component, international partnership. I'm in general in favor because more competition is good. It's like at some point in the long history, there's going to be ... A lot of airplanes out there that are flown by all sorts of people.
