I started bouncing around recording studios once I moved back to New York City thinking that if I can get a job as an assistant or like doing the ground to work at a recording studio I could integrate myself into the business. So ultimately that led me to a place called Green Street recording where I could say I had my first real opportunity to prove myself and meet the people I thought that I would be meeting so I became a staff engineer there and a staff mixer back in the day when studios had staff people.
