I'm sympathetic to the view that we don't, you know, it's hard to know what reality is. I've certainly been open to lots of possibilities. And again, I hold them all lightly, but certainly have found it a fascinating journey. How to differentiate bad meditation experiences from mental health issues is a huge topic.
