The Effects of a Multi-Year Nuclear Winter on the Oceans

The EU is taking into account that now the conditions, let's say, are the astrophysical conditions of the Earth as physical cycles associated to the slow changes in the mutation and eccentricity of the orbit of the sun around the sun. The problem is that if we do this, apart from the implications, the direct implications from radiation and all the death left from the nuclear weapons and so on that is absolutely devastating. Well, and among other things, it would eventually then lead to stratified oceans and lots of very bad effects for oceans. Why? For hurricanes because you have a warm up guess because you know the main fuel for hurricanes is the temperature of the surface.
