We all need, right, a little bit. You don't have to be a lawyer, but you got to know contracts. Everything's in court these days. I learned this the hard way. Company wanted to borrow money a long time ago. The bank said, well, yes, we will loan the company the money if Mr. Ron will sign personally. So I signed.
