Having a Big Squat Does Not Equal Having Big Lifts

The squat is not an excise to train for the sake of training it, rit. It's extra work that doesn't make your legs stronger and makes you more tired. Having a big squat does not equal having big lifts. The biggest thing with her, in my mind, was, you have to balance the strength of your legs with your back. Agun if you neglect really heavy pulls needed to pull, you're going to lose the sense that you have a balance between the back and legs. When when your back feels weak,you're going to want to stay in position over the bar bell. Ye y know? And i had no back strength at all! I could front squat
