Ariel: If you aren't sleeping, at least you'll be meditating. And often meditating leads to sleeping. Chris says he doesn't think that i overstate the importance of meditation as a necessary step towards moving toward sleep. Meditation has its own value and it's time to stop trying to make others' lives better by making your own.
