The question is to whether he actually did the thing that he's accused of doing on January 6th is nothing. So we have it on tape January 5th saying go into the Capitol building. Then there was tape that emerged of him whispering to one of the people who essentially then overran the barriers on Jan 6th. That person is Ryan Samsel. And so there was a lot of speculation that he was actually telling Ryan Samsel to breach the barriers. But according to the, according to the New York Times, Samsel was then questioned by the FBI and then fully corroborated Epps's version of events in which Epps said that he actually told Samsel to calm down.
