The Growth Mindset

i started some of my early work when i was an intern going through university, a coating in access. And then graduated to doing that full applications in b b and b b three,. Then writing the c code to make the controls that other people would work. So i y down level, and other people went up level. Now, you know, you can be a developer on power raps, or you could be a device driver writer, and you're still both a developent. But, ye, ye. This is not your grandparents microsopt. Certainly there were different leaders ovor the last 30 years. There ware different philosophies. How much of the change comes from the top
