Is the Economic Impact of the Sanctions on the Russian Economy?

Rouble fell by more than forty % when sanctions were in place. But now the shock is fading, and russian officials like to shield it as a stable but i would call it a very false sense of stability. This pos the soviet type of stability that everything is micro manage but it's not really ance. You let it go, it's all gong a crumble.
