Are There Any People Who Shouldn't Be Using Cluster Sets?

I think it's a logistics problem as opposed to a physiological problem. I would argue that anybody could really use a cluster set with the caveat, it depends on what your outcome goals are and what you're trying to accomplish. We can adjust it to kind of match the needs of the individual. For example, if I want to do more of a hypertrophic stimulus, I can have a bigger or more numbers of repetitions in the cluster then have more clusters and get more volume.
