The Changes to Breath of Wild
The Gerudo weapons when you attach a thing to them they get more damage than you normally would from the attachment but not as much durability. The Zora weapons all increase in damage when they're wet or when you're fighting which rain are crazy attack buffs by the way. So there's opportunities like weapons are both more replaceable and more interesting depending on what you want to find. There's so many changes to the system as a whole that make durability less of a thing on your mind at any given time.
