Danny: Do you lower carbs and raise fat on off slash cardio days? That's an answer that depends a really. I don't raise fat that much. If your goal was to gain size, you might not need to lower the carbs at all. Or if you're in a fat low pace, then you'd probably do low carbes on oncardio days. You keep it simple. Simplifying as is going to be the way to go.
