Investing in the Chicago Land Area
Joel, I'm sure you have a very solid in depth understanding of the Chicago land area when it comes to commercial real estate. Based on your experience, can you give us some advice for other people who are looking to invest in the city? Joel: There's 1.3 billion square feet of industrial, there's 20,000 industrial companies, there's 8000 industrial buildings. The reason that Chicago is so popular with industrial companies manufacturers and distributors is because it's where rail meets in the middle of the country.
