When adding liquid maltextract at 10 or 15 minutes, all I'm doing there is sanitizing. So that cuts off a whole nother, you know, hour of your brewing process. You don't have to do mash. And then you're dumping in dry hops and whirlpool hops. Hell yeah, that's a fast brew day. Definitely fun to do in any IPA like that.
