Is Problem Finding Hard?
Oftentimes a problem really is an opportunity. You don't have to think of those as separate. I think about that problem finding and problem framing work as being o in part about learning how to notice and how to see opportunities in new ways. And i also think that we can just become habituated to the data and the information around us, and also the interpretation of that data, the routines,. can really numb us to alternate understandings of what people might need or what the opportunities might be.
