Did He Register as a Sex Offender?
Garry was picked up for not registering as a sex offender, instead of the divorce. After garry was arrested for his failure to register, he was held in jail for two days. The prosecutor on the case had asked for garry to be held on a 30 thousand dollar bond pending up hearing. But the judge declined the bond request and released garry on his own recognizance. So garry returned to work carried on as business as usual.
