Sally Kohn: There's a paradox because you want the outcome oriented goals. But at the same time, we also know that there are certain things, certain processes, if those are in place, will over time lead to certain outcomes. She says Yahoo CEO Marissa Meyer made a big stink about her 100 hour work weeks and 130-hour work week when she was working for Google. Kohn: The thing about CEOs now is they're bragging about not sleeping. It's comforting to see more bragging about getting a full night's sleep.
